Terms of Use

Effective date: January 15, 2025

1. Agreement

By using Unifolio Workshop pages, catalog tools, or course materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Educational scope

Our materials provide general education about planning, documentation, observation, and installation workflows. They are not a site inspection, permit service, electrical service, plumbing service, or guarantee that a particular installation is suitable.

3. Responsible decisions

You are responsible for following the current appliance manual, local requirements, and professional advice. Stop when a task exceeds your knowledge, tools, authority, or safety boundary.

4. Catalog and demo cart

Catalog prices and descriptions are presented for this website experience. The cart and confirmation modal are demonstrations and do not process a payment, create a binding order, or represent a completed enrollment unless separately confirmed in writing.

5. Accounts and contact details

Demo login and registration controls do not create a live account. You agree to provide accurate information in a contact request and not to impersonate another person or misuse support channels.

6. Intellectual property

The Unifolio Workshop name, original writing, lesson structures, interface design, and course materials belong to Unifolio Workshop or its licensors. You may use permitted materials for personal learning and may not resell, republish, or systematically copy them without written permission.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape private information, misrepresent course completion, or use materials to encourage unsafe work.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for accurate, useful content but do not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for every property, model, jurisdiction, or situation. To the extent permitted by law, Unifolio Workshop is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general educational content without appropriate professional assessment.

9. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or +1 (503) 555-0148.

Workshop note

Review all terms carefully before enrolling in any course module. Keep a printed copy of the current terms alongside your project notebook for reference during hands-on sessions.
